How to interpret this data

The Point-in-Time Count is a one-night snapshot conducted near the end of January and is not a count of everyone who experiences homelessness during the year.

COVID-19 affected the 2021 count, when communities were allowed flexibility in conducting an unsheltered count.

Inclement weather affected the 2026 count, with additional overflow beds and unsheltered people accepting indoor placements.
